General Return Policy
Our customers are very important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your product(s) within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. We do not offer free returns at this time.
MightyFix Return Policy
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on MightyFixes because each item is a surprise. We will never send you a MightyFix that you've already purchased from MightyNest. If you’d like to help our team choose the best products for you, please fill out your member profile on your Account page.
Return checklist:
- Call or email us to let us know what you are returning and why.
- Mail returned package with a tracking number (we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages); include a copy of your original receipt or order number.
Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will refund on the credit card the item was purchased.
Please Note: Our customer service department is closed on US Holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). We will respond to emails and voicemails on the first business day following the holiday.
Our Shipping Process
All in stock orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow 7-15 business days for shipping depending on the service level you selected and where you are located.
You will receive an email the day your order is shipped, along with tracking information. We guarantee packages are put on board the shipping transit service. However, from this point, we cannot take responsibility for the delivery of the shipment to you. Residential deliveries that do not require signature may be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather at the driver's discretion. This could include the front door, side porch, back porch and garage area. Please take this into consideration when selecting a “ship to” address for your package. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or mail-forwarding delays.
Shipping Materials
Whenever possible, MightyNest strives to reuse packing materials and boxes. As such, the outer box of your shipment may contain logos or markings. The packing peanuts are made from 100% corn starch and are completely biodegradable, recyclable, and/or compostable. If plastic wrapping, bubble wrap are used they are all being recycled and were not purchased.
Packages Not Received
You will receive a tracking notification as soon as your package leaves our warehouse with the carrier. Please keep an eye on tracking so you can know when to expect your delivery. If your tracking information states the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery date. If you contact us outside of this window, shipping and/or replacement fees may apply.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
MightyNest does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by a customer the customer will need to pay the shipping cost to re-send the items.
